The gorgeous cylindrical glass blown bottle body is decorated with 69 royal emblems "Bee Emblems" embossed and gilded honeycombs. The dome design above is from the idea of ​​the monument column at Vendome Square in 1842.
The imperial perfume was loved by Queen Eugenie. It is said to have cured the severe migraine that has plagued the queen for a long time. In order to express his gratitude, Napoleon III bestowed the name of imperial fragrance. Mr. Guerlain was awarded the title of "Royal Perfumer".
