How to cooking

 

一口鰻魚高麗菜飯 (Eel cabbage rice)

 

1. 高麗菜和菇類和紅蘿蔔與飯一起煮熟

   (調味料:米酒、鹽、糖、白胡椒、或用鰹魚粉)

2. 打開退冰後的一口鰻魚,直接與飯拌開,即可享用

 

1. Cabbage, mushrooms and carrots are cooked with rice.

(Seasoning: rice wine, salt, sugar, white pepper, or bonito meal)

2. Open eel after deicing, mix directly with rice, and enjoy.
