Bean curd
There are two types of bean curd:
(1) Use bittern to condense soy soy milk-the most delicious, so it is better than traditional bean curd(傳統豆花 = chuan tong)
(2) Use agar powder to coagulate soybean milk-taste like pudding, I don't like it
The original flavor is usually made of cane sugar syrup, which is already delicious, sometimes with peanuts (花生 = hua sheng), 粉圓 (fen yuan), and many other ingredients. You can choose freely.
