Pork blood soup
This is a dish rich in protein and iron (Fe). Pig's small intestine is usually added to it. The side dishes are sauerkraut and leeks. It is usually eaten sprinkled with white pepper. In traditional Taiwanese snacks, it is eaten with rice or noodles.
The pig blood ingredients are not added with any foreign substances, and they are all formed by the natural coagulation of platelets and other agglutinating substances contained in the blood.
How to buy:
Just say "one" or "two" or other amount.
