(一)材料
(1)剝皮辣椒(記得是不會辣的青色辣椒,免去籽,切掉蒂頭)
(2)濕黑豆豉
(3)豬絞肉(適量,炒肉香用,量看個人)
(4)鹽
(5)糖
(二)作法
(1)油炒黑豆豉
(2)加絞肉,炒到全熟
(3)放剝皮辣椒
(4)加鹽糖(口味可以重一點點)
(5)放1/5杯水拌炒,略收乾,起鍋,即可食
