(一)材料
(1)統一肉骨茶麵
(2)高麗菜
(3)雞蛋
(4)青蔥
(5)白胡椒
(6)鹽
(7)糖
(二)
(1)高麗菜炒熟
(2)雞蛋打散後炒熟
(3)水煮滾,下麵體,8分熟
(4)將熟麵體、菜及蛋同鍋拌炒,並適時加入煮麵的麵水
(5)加入泡麵的調味包,嚐味道,加入鹽、糖、白胡椒
(6)最後加入青蔥
(7)炒泡麵的濕潤度看個人喜好,用煮麵水來調整
