Stir-fried Pineapple Fungus
炒鳳梨木耳
(一)材料
(1)黑木耳(切絲,不用太細,約0.5-1cm)
(2)金鑽鳳梨(切小塊,每一塊切3等份,用不完也可以放冷凍)
(3)紅蘿蔔(切片,用不完,切片,放冷凍)
(4)鹽
(5)糖
(6)糯米醋
(7)白胡椒
(二)作法
(1)油先將紅蘿蔔炒熟
(2)下黑木耳與鳳梨,拌炒約5分鐘
(3)放鹽、糖、白胡椒、醋(少量)
(4)若太酸,放糖,調合味道

(6) Glutinous rice vinegar

(two) Practice
(1) Fry the carrots with oil first
(2) Add black fungus and pineapple, stir fry for about 5 minutes
(3) Put salt, sugar, white pepper, vinegar (a small amount)
(4) If it is too sour, add sugar to blend the taste
