（1）白蘿蔔

（2）紅蘿蔔

（3）玉米

（4）黑輪

（5）鰹魚粉

（6）鹽

（7）糖

（8）米酒

（二）方法

（1）將以處理好的蔬菜油冷凍室拿出，免退冰

（2）將1~9的材料放入鍋中，放入電鍋中，煮熟後悶20分鐘，即可食用
