這是一道高纖的料理,讓人可以更容易接近金針菇這種食材^^

(3)豆腐(板豆腐或涼拌豆腐)

(9)大茂黑瓜素肉醬(微辣)
(10)大茂翠黑瓜
(11)土豆麵筋
(12)洋蔥丁
(13)米酒

(二)
(1)全部加入鍋中,試吃鹹度,放入電鍋,跳起悶20分鐘,即可食
(2)隔夜更好吃,與麵、飯一起吃都不錯
