素魯肉燥

這是一道高纖的料理,讓人可以更容易接近金針菇這種食材^^

This is a high-fiber dish that makes it easier to approach the ingredients of enoki mushrooms^^



(一)材料

(1)紅蘿蔔切碎

(2)金針菇切1cm寬(或更細)

(3)豆腐(板豆腐或涼拌豆腐)

(4)五香粉

(5)白胡椒

(6)醬油

(7)鹽

(8)糖

(9)大茂黑瓜素肉醬(微辣)

(10)大茂翠黑瓜

(11)土豆麵筋

(12)洋蔥丁

(13)米酒

(14)水


(二)

(1)全部加入鍋中,試吃鹹度,放入電鍋,跳起悶20分鐘,即可食

(2)隔夜更好吃,與麵、飯一起吃都不錯




(0ne) Materials

(1) Chopped carrots

(2) Flammulina velutipes cut 1cm wide (or thinner)

(3) Tofu (slab tofu or cold tofu)

(4) Five-spice powder

(5) White pepper

(6) Soy sauce

(7) Salt

(8) Sugar

(9) Damao Black Melon Meat Sauce (Slightly Spicy)

(10) Damaocui Black Melon

(11) Peanut gluten

(12) Onion diced

(13) Rice wine

(14) Water


(two) Practice

(1) Add all to the pot, try the saltiness, put it in the electric pot, let it be stuffy for 20 minutes, and it's ready to eat

(2) It tastes better overnight

(3)It's good to eat with noodles and rice
