(一)材料
(1)杏鮑菇切滾刀塊
(2)黑胡椒粉
(3)米酒
(4)鹽
(5)糖
(6)油
(7)水
(二)方法
(1)用油將杏鮑菇略炒過
(2)將黑胡椒、米酒、鹽、糖、水加入,小滷至湯汁收乾
(3)可加青蔥

(two) Method
(1) Fry the eryngii mushrooms with oil
(2) Add black pepper, rice wine, salt, sugar, and water, marinate until the soup is dried
(3) Shallots can be added
