Sea Shrimp Eggs/Sakura Shrimp Eggs
(一)材料
(1)海蝦或櫻花蝦
(2)蛋
(3)米酒
(4)鹽
(5)糖
(6)白胡椒
(7)油
(二)方法
(1)海蝦或櫻花蝦用米酒泡5分鐘
(2)蝦子用油煎至冒小泡
(3)蛋液先與鹽、糖、白胡椒調和
(4)加入蛋液,煎熟,即可食用

(1) Sea Shrimp or Sakura Shrimp
(2) Egg
(3) Rice wine
(4) Salt
(5) Sugar
(6) White pepper
(7) Oil
(two) Method
(1) Sea Shrimp /Sakura Shrimp in rice wine for 5 minutes
(2) Fry the shrimps until small bubbles
(3) Mix the egg liquid with salt, sugar and white pepper first
(4) Add egg liquid, fry it, ready to eat
