(二)作法
(1)肉片、鳳梨一起下鍋
(2)肉片熟,下火龍果,迅速翻炒
(3)火龍果熱就好
(4)將鹽、糖、太白粉調合水加入
(5)調味醬汁熟,青蔥拌炒一下,即可起鍋
