火龍果鳳梨肉片

pitaya and Pineapple Pork







(一)材料

(1)紅色火龍果

(2)金鑽鳳梨

(3)火鍋肉片

(4)鹽

(5)糖

(6)太白粉或地瓜粉

(7)青蔥


(二)作法

(1)肉片、鳳梨一起下鍋

(2)肉片熟,下火龍果,迅速翻炒

(3)火龍果熱就好

(4)將鹽、糖、太白粉調合水加入

(5)調味醬汁熟,青蔥拌炒一下,即可起鍋




(one) Materials

(1) Red pitaya fruit

(2) Golden Diamond Pineapple

(3) Hot pot meat slices

(4) Salt

(5) Sugar

(6) Taibaifen or Taiwan potato flour


(two) Method

(1) Put the sliced meat and pineapple together

(2) The sliced meat is cooked, add the pitaya fruit and stir fry quickly

(3) Pitaya is hot

(4) Add salt, sugar and cornstarch to the mixed water

(5) The seasoning sauce is cooked, stir fry the shallots, and the pan will start
