Stir-fried Pineapple Fungus









炒鳳梨木耳


(一)材料

(1)黑木耳(切絲,不用太細,約0.5-1cm)

(2)金鑽鳳梨(切小塊,每一塊切3等份,用不完也可以放冷凍)

(3)紅蘿蔔(切片,用不完,切片,放冷凍)

(4)鹽

(5)糖

(6)糯米醋

(7)白胡椒


(二)作法

(1)油先將紅蘿蔔炒熟

(2)下黑木耳與鳳梨,拌炒約5分鐘

(3)放鹽、糖、白胡椒、醋(少量)

(4)若太酸,放糖,調合味道



(one) Materials

(1) Black fungus (cut into shreds, don’t need to be too thin, about 0.5-1cm)

(2) Golden diamond pineapple (cut into small pieces, each piece is cut into 3 equal parts, you can freeze it if you don’t use it up)

(3) Carrots (slice, not use up, slices, and freeze)

(4) Salt

(5) Sugar

(6) Glutinous rice vinegar

(7) White pepper


(two) Practice

(1) Fry the carrots with oil first

(2) Add black fungus and pineapple, stir fry for about 5 minutes

(3) Put salt, sugar, white pepper, vinegar (a small amount)

(4) If it is too sour, add sugar to blend the taste
