Marinated fish in tomato sauce


中國人敬神通常會準備三牲(雞、豬、魚),其中的魚,通常為油炸過的吳郭魚(鯛魚),今天教大家如何料理已經由炸過的吳郭魚,敬神完,先將吳郭魚凍於冷凍室保存,待料理時取出,免退冰。


Chinese people usually prepare three animal sacrifices (chicken, pig, fish). The fish is usually fried Wu Guo fish (sea bream). Today, I will teach you how to cook Wu Guo fish that has been fried. After worshipping the gods, Frozen the Wu Guo fish in the freezer for storage, and take it out when it is cooked, without thawing.





(一)材料

(1)油炸過的吳郭魚

(2)洋蔥

(3)辣椒

(4)青蔥

(5)番茄醬

(6)醬油

(7)米酒

(8)鹽

(9)糖

(10)水


(二)方法

(1)將洋蔥絲、青蔥放於鍋子底部(可以預防長時間烹煮的燒焦)

(2)放魚

(3)調配醬汁,混和番茄醬、醬油、鹽、糖、米酒、水、辣椒,試吃,調配出自己喜歡的口味,因為是茄汁魚,建議番茄醬比例高一點。

(4)小火蓋鍋蓋熬煮,30分後翻面,再煮30分(如果一開始的醬汁就將魚全蓋過,免翻面)

(5)起鍋即可食

(two) Method

(1) Put the shredded onion and shallots on the bottom of the pot (to prevent burning after cooking for a long time)

(2) Release the fish

(3) Mix the sauce, mix ketchup, soy sauce, salt, sugar, rice wine, water, chili, and taste it to make the taste you like. Because it is fish in tomato sauce, it is recommended that the ratio of tomato sauce be higher.

(4) Boil in a small pot with a lid, turn over after 30 minutes, and cook for another 30 minutes (if the fish is completely covered with the sauce at the beginning, do not turn over)

(5) Can be eaten from the pot
