金沙(鹹鴨蛋)山苦瓜
Jinsha (Salted Duck Egg) Kakorot
(一)材料
(1)山苦瓜
(2)鹹鴨蛋(切碎)
(二)作法
(1)小火,用油將鹹鴨蛋先炒香
(2)加入山苦瓜炒到熟(可以加一些水,幫助苦瓜炒熟)
(3)起鍋,即可食用
(三)備註
其實山苦瓜,並不太有苦味

(two) Method
(1) Stir-fry the salted duck eggs with oil for a small fire
(2) Add Kakorot and stir-fry until cooked (you can add some water to help Kakorot to be cooked)
(3) It can be eaten from the pot
(three) Remarks
In fact, Kakorot is not too bitter
