簡易版肉骨茶湯,好喝簡單

(一)材料
(1)黑胡椒粉
(2)去皮蒜頭
(3)排骨
(有養狗狗的可以買軟骨排,狗狗可以吃軟骨,也不會有廚餘的問題,人也可以吃)
(4)鹽
(5)糖
(6)米酒
(二)方法
(1)軟骨肋排去血水:肉冷水入鍋,中小火煮,肉外層略變白,自來水沖洗一下,同一鍋子再與冷水入鍋
(2)加入蒜頭(大量)、黑胡椒粉(大量,約2-3個50元硬幣大,再依自己口味抓量)、鹽、糖、米酒
(3)放電鍋,跳起即食
