Black Pepper Salted Pork
(一)材料
(1)三層五花肉
(2)米酒
(3)黑胡椒
(4)五香粉
(5)鹽
(6)糖
(二)醃製
(1)混和材料2~6,黑胡椒量要多,因為是鹹豬肉,所以醬汁要偏鹹
(2)用塑膠袋將醬汁與三層肉混和,放置於冰箱下層一天,儲存於冷凍室,可久放
(三)方法
(1)切片炒熟,或是炒青菜(高麗菜、油菜、青江菜)
